A PTSD Awareness Month talk at the Springer Nature Group London offices. I will be discussing and challenging people's knowledge and assumptions about mental health, focusing on the specific challenges of surviving and healing from PTSD and Complex-PTSD. In my role as an ambassador for PTSD UK, I will also be giving away copies of The Struggle Continues and asking for your support and donations to help continue this vital work.
